Warm Up Sets:
Seated Hamstring Curl - 3x16
Seated Quad Extension - 3x16
Working Sets:
Super Squat Machine (Facing Pad) - 4x8-12
Leg Press 4x12-16
Hammer Strength Iso Lateral Leg Press (1 Leg at a time) - 4x12
Smith Machine Stiff Legged Deadlift - 4x12
Weighted Walking Lunges - 4x20
Lying Hamstring Curl - 3x12
Training Tips:
Don't overtrain on the warm-up sets. Perform the exercise slowly and push blood into the muscle. Ensure your knees are nice and warm. For each machine, ensure you are driving with your heels and imagine gripping the platform with your toes.
