Warm Up Sets:

Standing Cable Flys High to Low 4x10

Working Sets:

Smith Machine Incline Barbell Press - 3x12
45 Degree Incline Dumbbell Press - 3x8-12
Hammer Strength Iso Lateral Chest Press - 3x8-12
30 Degree Incline Dumbbell Fly - 4x10
Seated Cable Fly Med to High - 4x10
Superset w/
Feet Elevated Pushups -  4x10

Training Tips:

Ensure you're squeezing each rep at the top of the set by imagining theres a pencil between your pecs. Plant your feet behind your knees on your bench pressing movements and ensure your pecs are engaged the entire time. Do not bounce the bar off your chest during the movement. Focus on getting as much blood into the muscle as possible!
