Warm Up Sets:

Standing Cable Fly High to Low - 3x20

Working Sets:

Incline Barbell Bench Press - 4x8-12
Flat Dumbbell Fly - 4x10 - superset w/ Underhand DB Press - 4x10
Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Bench Press - 4x12 w/ 50% dropset to failure on final set
Seated Cable Fly Machine Mid to High - 3x15
Standing Cable Fly High to Low - 3x15

Training Tips:

Make sure on the compound lifts you are training with the muscle and not your ego. Use a weight you can control and utilize a spotter when necessary for the extra push to reach extra reps. On the cable movements, ensure you are feeling each rep. Full stretch on the muscle and full contraction.
